Walter Boney – Walt is the owner of Boney Appraisal Services, Inc., a residential appraisal company in Jacksonville, FL, and Lender’s 1st Choice, a nationwide appraisal management firm. In addition to his responsibilities with his two companies, Walt is also a real estate developer.
Ginger Soud – Ginger is currently a Real Estate broker in Jacksonville, FL. She was the first woman elected to an at-large position on the Jacksonville city council eventually becoming its president and served on the city’s Education Task Force. In addition to her local service, Ginger also served on various committees at the state level as well.
Dana Edmunds – Dana is the current owner of Tutor Club of Jacksonville. Along with her husband Steve, she is also the owner of The Flooring and Cabinet Store in Jacksonville, FL. Dana also founded “Yes I Did,” an organization established to support our military, police and firefighters.
Jim Horne – Jim is a former Florida State Senator from Jacksonville and the former Commissioner of Education for the State of Florida. While serving for the State of Florida, Jim was the main architect of Florida’s charter school system, formulating major portions of legislation regarding charter schools.
Dr. Michael Soud – Michael is the founder and CEO of Seventh Generation Christian Alliance, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on early learning centers, classical academies and church development. Previously Michael was self-employed, owning a variety of businesses some of which were involved in real estate development and software programming.
